Summer Release of OpenNS Beta Version 0.9.7

This is the second Beta release of OpenNS. Change notes:

1. I've promoted influence over causation in the Foreward, under Influence

2. I've done some general cleanup

3. Egalitarianism in the Ontology section was just wrong; so, I corrected that

4. I initialized a reduction of the standard of living in the Ontology section

5. I added DAOs to the Immediate Pro-Activitity section at the end

There are not many changes in this version. I may be nearing content completion; and may be spending more time on refinement in the future.
