OpenNS Final Alpha 0.9.5 Release.

OpenNS is moving into Beta in the winter. This is the final Alpha release. The first beta release will be a complete rewrite with more rigorous explanation and added references. The Beta phase will also be a movement toward more data and interdisciplinary, inferential, statistical analysis.
