First Full Release OpenNS v1.0

I've decided to do a full release. I feel like the hypothesis is content complete; and I can't think of reason not to.


Release Notes: 1. I went through the white paper and removed everything that I thought wasn't entirely necessary. 2. I organized it in a manner that I thought would answer questions that it might evoke.

3. I tried to give it a flow from one thought to another; that might give it some assemblance of a hypothesis.

4. I changed terms to be better understood in a context of agent based modeling.

5. In "Economic Growth" I added a segment on growth rates.

6. I kept the standard definition of recession. ;-) There may be new versions in the future; but this is the working hypothesis. The initial development cycle is over. Of course, a free PDF is available here:
